Stevena Pen is a Marine Corps Veteran who served with the Second Battalion, Seventh Marines. He has deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan and was in JUMP Platoon, which is a hand-picked personal security detachment for the battalion command and battalion sergeant major. Stevena has gone through the same training that the secret service goes through. His battalion has been featured in “The New York Times”.
Stevena remains active after his service by helping other Veteran and community members. He has held the position of mental and behaviors health specialist in an acute psychiatric ward. Stevena is involved with coaching kids in soccer and futsal as well as being involved with Operation: 23 to Zero, the Ramsey County Veterans Treatment Court, and The Mission Continues. He is the photographer and videographer for the Veteran nonprofit organizations that he is involved with. Stevena also owns Kolap restaurant in St. Paul, MN.
The Saraland location opened on March 14, 2020.
